Business Application Consultant

About the role

The Business Application Consultant (IT Business Application Trainer) will deliver comprehensive training on Oracle Fusion, Dealer Management System (DMS) and RD‑DMS to dealers and internal teams. The role combines classroom and online instruction with deep subject‑matter expertise to ensure users can effectively operate ERP, CRM (Sales & Service) and related applications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on ERP, CRM (Sales & Service), DMS and RD‑DMS for dealers and on‑the‑job trainees.
• Assist dealers with data entry and end‑to‑end business process execution.
• Design metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze ERP/CRM utilization, address user requirements, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business partners on implementation, knowledge transfer and process deployment.
• Monitor application usage to ensure compliance and usability.
• Support content creation for training materials and coordinate with zonal trainers.
• Capture, publish and report training data on a regular basis.
• Gather feedback, communicate updates and foster a learning environment.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (preferably B.E./B.Tech in CSE or IT).
• Minimum 4 years of IT training experience.
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP & CRM – Sales & Service).
• Experience in at least one Fusion implementation is a plus.
