Associate Head – Logistics

About the role

The Associate Head – Logistics will lead end‑to‑end order fulfillment, from receipt to final delivery, ensuring seamless operations across the supply chain. This senior position requires strategic planning, team leadership, and close coordination with transport partners to meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete order lifecycle, guaranteeing accurate receipt, execution, and on‑time delivery to customers.
• Plan, organise, and supervise the operations team to align daily activities with organisational standards.
• Anticipate operational challenges, develop preventive measures, and mitigate internal and external impacts.
• Manage transport vendors to accelerate material movement and optimise delivery performance.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and enforce safety standards for personnel and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse management procedures and policies.
• Hands‑on expertise with warehouse management software.
• Strong background in transportation and logistics operations.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and develop a workforce.
