Walk-In Interview: Production, R&D & QC Professionals (Pharma)

About the Position

Biodeal Pharmaceuticals Ltd is hosting an exclusive Walk-In Interview event to recruit highly skilled professionals for our growing operations in Solan. We are looking for dedicated experts to join our Production, Research & Development (R&D), and Quality Control (QC) departments to drive excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Main Missions

• Production: Oversee packaging processes, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and manage production workflows as a Supervisor or Executive.
• R&D: Lead formulation and development projects, conduct analytical research, and support cosmetic/lotion product development from trainee to management levels.
• Quality Control: Perform rigorous testing using HPLC, manage Finished Goods (FG) analysis, and oversee stability studies to ensure product integrity.

Candidate Profile

• Production: B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, or M.Pharm with 1 to 10 years of experience depending on the seniority level.
• R&D: B.Pharm/M.Pharm graduates. Trainee roles available for freshers; Assistant Manager roles require 7-10 years of specialized experience.
• QC: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 2 to 6 years of experience in analytical testing (HPLC, Stability).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
