Vice President Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to drive operational and commercial excellence across multiple sites. The Vice President of Operations will own P&L, shape strategy, and ensure the organization delivers safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute operational and commercial strategies to expand market share and support business growth.
• Lead improvements in safety, delivery performance, production efficiency, quality, and supply‑chain reliability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with commercial and product teams to meet business objectives and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Manage budgets, performance metrics, and make strategic adjustments as needed.
• Champion operational excellence to enhance the customer experience.
• Build and develop high‑performing teams through talent acquisition and leadership development.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven success in operational strategy, P&L management and driving profitability.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
