Tour Consultant – Travel Itinerary Specialist

About the role

ZapBooking is looking for a dedicated Tour Consultant to join its Delhi office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design personalized travel itineraries, advise clients on destinations, and ensure every journey is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Create and book customized travel packages based on client preferences.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate tours and ensure smooth execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new booking tools.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Experience organizing and managing guided tours.
• Familiarity with popular tourist destinations and cultural practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
