Telecom CPE Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Analyst to manage Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) for our MPLS, Internet and related telecom solutions. You will own the CPE lifecycle, support budgeting, and shape the roadmap in close partnership with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure CPE requirements for MPLS, Internet and other solutions are met.
• Develop and maintain the CPE matrix, backlog and lifecycle management processes.
• Facilitate new CPE introductions, define system requirements and submit use cases to vendors.
• Assist with CPE budgeting, forecasting and roadmap definition.
• Develop uCPE strategy and drive supplier chain management.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors to track roadmap updates.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineering on CPE introductions and provide training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business.
• At least 1 year of experience in product management or development within telecommunications or IT services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
