Team Member - Installation

About the role

The Installation Team Member will plan and execute installation activities at customer sites, ensuring high-quality, error-free installations of railings, shower enclosures, windows and wardrobes. The role combines field work, coordination with service partners and technical validation to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and carry out installations at customer locations.
• Coordinate with SG assured processors and processing plants to secure timely material supplies.
• Collaborate with authorized service partners (ASPs) to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site measurements, pre-installation surveys and post-installation services, including corrective actions (CAPA).
• Perform post-installation audits, prepare checklists and validate site readiness.
• Issue completion certificates and collect customer testimonials.
• Provide technical inputs for planning, scheduling and installer management.
• Inspect site progress at various stages to guarantee quality and readiness.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to travel intensively to customer sites.
• Ability to work with civil teams to ensure site readiness.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and closure.
