Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a retail outlet in Guwahati, driving revenue, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor day‑wise performance across the team.
• Allocate sales staff, track retail KPIs, and implement plans to close gaps.
• Maintain store operations and SOP compliance, scoring high in audits and mystery‑shopping programs.
• Manage inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and oversee reverse logistics to keep stock fresh.
• Handle cash and credit sales, perform daily cash deposits, and reconcile collections.
• Ensure 100% billing on POS, maintain CRM compliance, and generate required reports.
• Oversee tailoring services, guaranteeing quality and timely delivery.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and festive display plans.
