Stock Market Trainer

About the role

ICFM is seeking a Stock Market Trainer to deliver classroom and online courses on equity, derivatives, technical and fundamental analysis. The trainer will guide aspiring traders and professionals through practical market concepts and exam preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and virtual training on equity, derivatives (F&O), technical analysis, and fundamental analysis.
• Teach market operations, chart analysis, indicators, candlestick patterns, futures & options, risk management, portfolio building, and trading psychology.
• Prepare students for NISM/NCFM certification modules with structured, exam‑oriented training.
• Develop and update study materials, mock tests, assignments, and practical learning modules.
• Deliver live market demonstrations using trading platforms and explain real‑time market movements.
• Mentor students in creating trading and investment strategies with proper risk management.
• Explain concepts for intraday, swing, positional, and long‑term investing and portfolio diversification.
• Keep training content aligned with current market trends, SEBI regulations, and exchange guidelines.
• Support career development, internships, and professional growth opportunities for students.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce or related field.
• NISM/NCFM certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stock market trading, investing, portfolio management or financial market training.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex market concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with live markets, trading platforms and market analysis tools.
