About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Software Engineering Manager with deep SAP expertise to lead the design, development, and integration of SAP applications. The role involves guiding engineering teams, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams focused on SAP solutions.
- Drive SAP development, integration, and migration projects.
- Collaborate with business units and technical partners to define requirements and architecture.
- Ensure high‑quality, scalable, and secure application delivery.
- Promote Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related fields from reputed institutions.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or SAP solution delivery.
- Experience with large‑scale digital transformation or enterprise programs is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
