About the role
Evernorth Health Services India is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of AI‑enabled cloud applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role sits at the intersection of SAP BTP development and emerging AI services, supporting the broader Cigna Group ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy cloud‑native applications on SAP BTP using SAP Cloud Platform tools.
- Create and maintain SAP BTP extensions and add‑ons for SAP SaaS and on‑premise solutions.
- Implement frontend components with HTML5, JavaScript and CSS.
- Integrate services via REST, SOAP and OData APIs.
- Utilise SAP Cloud Workflow, Business Rules, SAP API Management and CAPM for solution orchestration.
- Develop reusable micro‑services and components to accelerate delivery across projects.
Required profile
- Strong experience in SAP BTP development and cloud‑native application design.
- Hands‑on exposure to SAP Business AI services (e.g., Joule) is a plus.
- Ability to work across the full development lifecycle and collaborate with business, functional and integration teams.
