Senior Product Security Engineer

About the role

RIB Software is looking for a Senior Product Security Engineer to lead the security lifecycle of its engineering and construction software portfolio. Based in Pune, you will work with cross‑functional teams to embed security from design through decommissioning, ensuring compliance and protecting customer data.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational security for assigned RIB products and drive Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) activities.
• Coordinate security reviews, threat modeling, and compliance assessments.
• Collect and provide evidence required for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Collaborate with Security Architects, Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and Security Operations teams.
• Integrate AI‑based security tools into daily workflows and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Act as the primary security point of contact for product teams.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in product security or application security.
• Proven ability to lead security initiatives across the full product lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with compliance frameworks and security governance.
