Senior Manager – Enterprise Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic senior professional to join our Enterprise Excellence team. In this strategic position you will champion continuous improvement, drive innovation initiatives and build a robust knowledge‑management framework that supports operational efficiency and superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee ideation, evaluation and implementation of new ideas to boost growth and operational excellence.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Establish and govern a best‑practice sharing programme across the organisation.
• Design, build and maintain a centralized Knowledge Management system with clear governance.
• Lead enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives, define KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in leading enterprise‑level continuous improvement and innovation programmes.
• Strong change‑management capabilities with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience designing and governing knowledge‑management platforms.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into measurable actions and KPIs.
