Senior Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the financial planning, budgeting and reporting functions for Adani’s operations in Ahmedabad. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures robust financial controls, drives cost optimisation and supports strategic investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Manage OPEX planning, tracking and optimisation initiatives.
• Oversee financial accounting operations, including preparation of reports and coordination of audits.
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive cost optimisation projects across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic decision‑making and investment evaluation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
• 8‑12 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in infrastructure or aviation sectors.
