Senior Consultant – Tax Technology & DocuSign CLM

About the role

Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead DocuSign CLM implementations for tax and legal departments across major Indian cities. You will combine tax expertise with technology to streamline contract management and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Configure DocuSign CLM and related contract management technologies based on documented client requirements.
• Conduct user‑acceptance testing, develop comprehensive test scenarios, and identify improvements.
• Gather, document, and analyse contract management requirements, performing fit‑gap analyses.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts for new DocuSign functionalities and create playbooks, templates, and harmonisation guides.
• Manage end‑to‑end project cycles, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional experience, including 5‑10 years of hands‑on DocuSign CLM implementation.
• DocuSign CLM Consultant certification (proctored exam).
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Leadership experience, including team management for senior‑level professionals.

Required skills

• DocuSign CLM configuration and troubleshooting.
• DocuSign workflow design.
• DocuSign API integrations.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master) – preferred.
• Engineering background with functional consulting and coding experience.
