Senior Communications Manager

About the role

The Senior Communications Manager will craft and deliver Honeywell’s brand story to internal and external audiences across India and the broader APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications for India and APAC, this individual contributor role blends hands‑on execution with strategic impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional President, regional communications leader, and the wider communications function to shape enterprise‑aligned messaging.
• Develop and localize compelling content that connects employees, leaders, and strategic initiatives.
• Advise senior executives on messaging, executive positioning, and high‑profile communication moments.
• Map industry trends to political, economic, and technological shifts in India and APAC to ensure market relevance.
• Collaborate with the Media Center of Expertise to extend narratives through external media coverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience acting as counsel to senior leaders while executing across the full communications spectrum.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of India and APAC market dynamics and the ability to translate them into relevant stories.
