Senior Business Solution Consultant – SAP QM (Quality Management)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Solution Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) on S/4HANA to drive quality processes across manufacturing and supply‑chain environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement SAP QM solutions in S/4HANA, including functional design.
• Lead S/4HANA migration or transformation programs related to quality management.
• Optimize quality management processes for manufacturing and supply‑chain operations.
• Integrate SAP QM with external systems using IDocs, APIs, OData services and middleware such as SAP CPI/PI/PO.
• Develop data models, master‑data governance and embedded analytics within S/4HANA.
• Support digital‑lab integration, automation of quality data capture and LIMS integration.
• Explore emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, advanced analytics) to enhance quality scenarios.
• Apply agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and use Azure DevOps for project execution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP QM on S/4HANA, covering configuration and functional design.
• Proven experience in S/4HANA migration or transformation initiatives.
• In‑depth knowledge of quality management processes in manufacturing and supply‑chain contexts.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts (IDocs, APIs, OData, middleware).
• Experience working in global, template‑driven environments.
• Knowledge of data modeling, master‑data governance and embedded analytics in S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with digital‑lab, LIMS, AI/ML, RPA or advanced analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency with agile methods and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
