Senior Associate – Advisory Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice. In this position you will work alongside senior business leaders to address complex challenges, drive sustainable change and create competitive advantage for large, global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex business problems and develop data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement solutions across strategy, risk, regulatory and cost‑optimisation areas.
• Coach junior team members, foster their development and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather diverse perspectives and build consensus.
• Maintain adherence to PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in consulting or advisory services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can act outside of comfort zones.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
