About the role
We are looking for a 2nd Level Support Analyst specialized in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes. The role is part of the growing S/4 AMS team in Hyderabad and operates within an ITIL‑aligned support environment. You will focus on incident analysis, root‑cause identification and reliable resolution while adhering to SAP Standard and Clean Core principles.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and resolve incidents related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing and output.
- Support integration points with MM, FI/CO, TM and monitor EDI, CPI flows, APIs and Kafka streams.
- Document tickets, follow escalation procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Read system logs, ABAP traces and debug interfaces to identify underlying issues.
- Ensure compliance with SAP Standard, avoiding custom work‑arounds.
Required profile
- Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem‑solving approach.
- Experience with ITIL incident handling processes.
- Good understanding of Order‑to‑Cash end‑to‑end flow in SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
