SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant (PM/CS)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join its Bangalore team. You will work on SAP S/4HANA projects, helping customers optimise plant maintenance and asset management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Consult customers on best‑practice usage of SAP PM/CS to meet business requirements.
• Implement project solutions in SAP PM/CS, including configuration and custom development.
• Document business processes and support them within SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide end‑to‑end lifecycle support: training, testing, go‑live assistance, and post‑go‑live application support.
• Collaborate with business consultants, application specialists, and developers to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Perform quality checks before delivering changes to requestors.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management on S/4HANA.
• Technical or business degree (MTech, BTech, Mechanical) or MBA.
• Strong customer focus and excellent English communication skills.
• Positive team attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
