Salesforce Developer – Sales Cloud (Hybrid, Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer specialized in Sales Cloud to join a leading multinational client on an immediate basis. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work from Bangalore, Pune or Gurgaon while collaborating with distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Establish coding and design standards across all Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application issues.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end‑users.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, development standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and architecture teams to meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven capability to design and implement complex business requirements.
• Customer‑focused mindset with proactive support.
• Experience reporting to executive stakeholders.
