About the role

As a Sales Associate you will be the face of Van Cleef & Arpels, welcoming visitors and clients in a boutique setting. You will deliver an exceptional client experience while representing the Maison’s heritage and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business by recruiting new clients, nurturing loyalty and meeting sales targets.
• Educate clients on the brand’s history, collections, and sources of inspiration.
• Personalize relationships, anticipate client needs, and provide after‑sales service and care advice.
• Assist all visitors with inquiries and ensure a seamless boutique experience.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit and participate in daily boutique activities.
• Maintain operational excellence by mastering in‑store tools and adhering to commercial policies.

• Detail‑oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a persuasive, engaging style.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding client experience in a luxury environment.
