Regional Head – Gold Loans (Rajkot)

About the role

The Regional Head – Gold Loans will lead the gold‑loan business for the Rajkot region, driving strategy execution, growth, profitability and portfolio quality. This senior position reports to senior leadership and is responsible for achieving asset‑under‑management, disbursement, P&L, branch expansion and compliance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional business plans, manpower structure and productivity benchmarks aligned with national strategy.
• Achieve targets for AUM, loan disbursement, profitability and branch network expansion.
• Build and nurture new relationships with all enabling functions and regional stakeholders.
• Manage a large team comprising multiple area heads and distributed branch teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in gold‑loan or NBFC operations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding growth, profitability and compliance targets.
• Strong relationship‑building capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements governing NBFCs.
