Quality Assurance Executive (CCP Auditor)

About the role

The Floating CCP Auditor supports Minimalist’s contract manufacturing (CM) schedule by providing brand‑side witness presence at critical control points (CCPs) across the production line. Working in real‑time, the auditor observes dispensing, granulation, blending, filling/compression, line clearance, in‑process checks and primary packaging start, verifying each step against approved batch manufacturing records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key responsibilities

• Be physically present at scheduled CCPs, focusing on dispensing, manufacturing, filling and line clearance, and verify execution against BMR/SOP parameters such as temperature, pressure, RPM, hold time and checklist completion.
• Witness CM in‑process sampling at defined frequencies, ensuring correct sample volume, container, labeling and transfer to CM QC.
• Observe change‑over cleaning and disinfection activities, confirming compliance with CM cleaning SOPs and competency criteria.
• Record all observations on the brand‑issued tablet within the digital quality system, including timestamps, photos and geotags where applicable.
• Submit an end‑of‑shift report summarizing CCPs witnessed, deviations, samples, escalations and CM responsiveness.
• Identify and promptly escalate trigger events (e.g., temperature excursions, missing signatures) to the Resident QA Lead and CM Shift‑in‑Charge.

Required profile

• Ability to follow a coverage roster and work shift schedules as directed by the Resident QA Lead.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying process parameters against approved BMR/SOPs.
• Capability to use a tablet for digital documentation and to capture evidence accurately.
• Understanding of manufacturing clean‑room and GMP environments.
