Program Manager – Academic Operations

About the role

The Program Manager at NIAT leads the execution of on‑campus academic programs, ensuring smooth coordination of teaching, student engagement and operational logistics. This on‑site role directly contributes to student success and the delivery of industry‑relevant learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day execution of classes, labs, assessments and campus events in line with the academic calendar.
• Coordinate with academic mentors, BOAs and internal teams to maintain consistent operational flow across student batches.
• Partner with student success teams to monitor progress, intervene with at‑risk learners and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor classroom quality, mentor effectiveness and overall student engagement, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with placement and training teams to run workshops, mock interviews and skill‑building sessions, and maintain relationships with local industry and alumni.
• Maintain accurate reports, dashboards and trackers on academic performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
