Product Manager II – Personalisation

About the role

Nykaa is looking for a Product Manager II focused on Personalisation to own the end‑to‑end execution of discovery and recommendation features. Based in Gurgaon, you will work at the intersection of user behaviour, fashion trends and machine‑learning models to create a uniquely relevant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Data Science and Engineering to translate high‑level objectives into detailed product requirement documents, technical specs and model requirements.
• Partner with DS pods to refine ranking logic, collaborative‑filtering and computer‑vision attributes, improving recommendation quality and relevance.
• Conduct deep‑dive research on global fashion‑tech benchmarks and ML‑driven commerce models to identify innovation opportunities in sizing, fit and style discovery.
• Design and manage a high‑velocity A/B testing pipeline, analysing results to validate hypotheses and assess production readiness of new algorithms.
• Coordinate with Category, Design and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of data‑driven features into the Nykaa Fashion UI/UX.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier‑1 institution with a strong analytical or technical foundation.
• Hands‑on experience working with Data Science teams, comfortable discussing model performance, data pipelines and API integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to use data to inform product decisions and measure performance.
• Product thinking with user empathy and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical complexity and business impact for all stakeholders.
