Principal, Regulatory Reporting

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Principal to lead its Regulatory Reporting function within Investment & Distribution Services. The role focuses on preparing, analysing, and submitting high‑quality regulatory reports while ensuring compliance with evolving global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce daily regulatory Trade & Transaction reports within agreed timescales.
• Maintain the highest quality standards for all regulatory reporting outputs.
• Develop and sustain expertise in EMIR, MiFID, and SFTR reporting frameworks.
• Independently resolve complex queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Present findings clearly and propose solutions to identified risks.
• Ensure end‑to‑end delivery processes are robust, controlled, and well‑documented.
• Maintain operating model, process, risk, control documentation, and KPI reporting.
• Review policies and new business initiatives for reporting impact.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Excellent data analysis capabilities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in quality assurance of data and handling non‑standard exceptions.
• Competence in analysing and interpreting complex reporting requirements.
