Plant Incharge – Quality (Ready-Mix Concrete)

About the role

The Plant Incharge – Quality will oversee all quality assurance and control activities for ready‑mix concrete (RMC) production at our Halol facility. You will ensure that concrete mixes meet specifications, maintain high plant efficiency, and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute VAC orders on time, monitor batch deviations, and apply corrective actions.
• Maintain workability and cohesiveness of concrete at the plant and on‑site.
• Implement moisture corrections and manage dosage/admixture usage during batching.
• Conduct cube testing, statistical analysis of strength results, and coordinate third‑party testing as needed.
• Perform raw‑material quality checks, reject non‑conforming material, and run trials for admixtures and special products.
• Generate mix designs based on customer requirements and competitor data.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze plant plans and budgets.
• Maintain quality records in Labsys, ensure equipment calibration, and manage lab upkeep.
• Provide mix design calculations and raw‑material analysis to customers, and address customer feedback on product performance.
