OT Security Engineer – Industrial Control Systems

About the role

L&T Technology Services is looking for an experienced OT Security Engineer to protect and harden operational technology environments. You will work closely with IT, engineering, and plant operations teams to ensure the security of critical industrial control systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security solutions across OT networks.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk analyses for ICS, SCADA, and DCS systems.
• Design secure IT/OT network architectures, including DMZs and segmentation strategies.
• Support forensic investigations and lead incident response for OT security events.
• Develop and enforce OT security policies aligned with NIST CSF and ISA99/IEC 62443 standards.
• Monitor OT network traffic for anomalies and emerging threats.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls into plant operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in OT/ICS security.
• Strong understanding of industrial control system protocols and environments.
• Experience with security standards such as NIST CSF and ISA99/IEC 62443.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
