About the role

The Mechanical II position at the feed factory unit in Jataí is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment. The role involves both preventive and corrective maintenance in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment and installations.
• Assemble, disassemble, and adjust machines and mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium to high‑complexity technical problems.
• Provide technical training and guidance to junior personnel.
• Work autonomously, including teaching and mentoring responsibilities.
• Identify, propose, and implement improvements to equipment and processes.

Required profile

• Completed elementary education (Fundamental Ensino).
• Experience with mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Ability to handle complex technical issues independently.
• Strong aptitude for training and knowledge transfer.
