About the role

Hiwox is building a preventive healthcare and wellness ecosystem. We are seeking a part‑time Legal Officer to establish and safeguard the legal foundation of the company while supporting long‑term scalability, compliance, and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership documents.
• Develop and maintain compliance processes and operational legal frameworks across the organization.
• Support company structuring, policy creation, and healthcare‑related regulatory planning.
• Collaborate with leadership on risk management, intellectual property protection, and business expansion strategies.
• Design scalable legal systems for future fundraising, technology integration, and multi‑service healthcare operations.

Required profile

• Background in law, legal operations, compliance, or corporate advisory.
• 5+ years of experience handling contracts and legal documentation.
• Interest in startups, healthcare, wellness, or technology‑driven businesses.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
