Legal Executive – Transaction & Advisory

About the role

The Legal Executive – Transaction & Advisory will support the Legal department in Hyderabad by handling commercial contracts, transaction documentation, and advisory services for both domestic and cross‑border deals. This full‑time position works closely with business units and start‑ups to ensure legal compliance and smooth deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and advise on commercial contracts and transaction documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence and support transaction advisory activities.
• Assist start‑ups in venture capital transactions, fundraising documentation, and deal closures.
• Support structuring of domestic and cross‑border acquisition transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• LLB degree with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in transaction advisory and contract management preferred.
• CS qualification or professional certification is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
