Legal Analyst

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Legal Analyst to support its global investment operations. The role involves working closely with legal teams across the Americas, EMEA and APAC to ensure compliance and efficient handling of legal documentation for regulated investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, analyse, review and negotiate a variety of agreements, including software licences, SaaS/cloud, commercial/vendor, partner, confidentiality and professional services agreements.
• Upload amendments and related documents to online repositories, ensuring proper tagging of master agreements.
• Respond to legal subpoenas, IRS summons, DOJ requests, grand jury subpoenas, restraining notices, LOIs and garnishment notices.
• Update fund disclosure documents annually and file post‑effective amendments to registration statements for retail and ETF funds.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly updates for interval fund tender offers, including board memos and resolutions.
• Conduct research on historic fund trades and prepare reports for class‑action or bankruptcy litigation filings.
• Build board books, agendas and post‑board materials for fund boards in online repositories.
• Partner with the derivatives legal team to create ISDA amendments, account control agreements and FX spot letters.
