IT Consultant – SAP Functional (MMA)

About the role

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will work closely with clients to uncover core business challenges, design innovative SAP solutions, and drive successful deployments. You will contribute to proposal development, solution design, and configuration activities, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose customer issues, design innovative SAP solutions, and facilitate deployment.
• Own parts of proposal documents and provide inputs on solution design.
• Plan and execute configuration activities, conduct conference‑room pilots, and resolve queries related to requirements and design.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept workshops, and effort estimates aligned with budgetary constraints.
• Lead small projects and support unit‑level initiatives to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions.

Required profile

• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to develop value‑creating strategies that drive client growth and profitability.
• Good knowledge of software configuration management and awareness of latest technology trends.
• Understanding of financial processes, project pricing models, and ability to assess and improve current processes.
• Excellent client‑interfacing, project, and team management skills.

Required skills

• SAP Functional expertise, specifically SAP MMA.
• Experience with software configuration management systems.
