About the role
The Inventory Associate is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kendujhar. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and maintaining accurate records while providing excellent service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams for stock forecasting.
- Ensure efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods.
- Address customer queries related to inventory and provide timely assistance.
Required profile
- Proficiency in inventory management, tracking, stock control, and reporting.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in retail inventory management or a related field is preferred.
