IB MYP/DP French Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated French teacher to deliver the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with IB standards and foster both academic growth and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute full‑cycle teaching plans according to IB requirements.
• Deliver lessons using visual and audio resources to enhance comprehension.
• Provide individualized, interactive instruction and create/distribute notes, summaries, and assignments.
• Assess student progress, record grades, and give constructive feedback.
• Maintain an organized, tidy classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders through regular meetings.
• Plan and lead in‑class and outdoor educational activities and events.
• Continuously develop professional knowledge by attending seminars and conferences.
• Create planners and instructional materials that meet IB standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a teacher, preferably with IB curricula.
• Thorough knowledge of best teaching practices and relevant educational regulations.
• Willingness to adhere to school policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well‑organized, committed, creative, and energetic.
• Strong moral values and discipline.
• Degree in teaching or a specialized subject plus a teaching certification.
