About the role
MishiPay, a leader in next‑generation checkout technology, is seeking a proactive HR Operations Coordinator who will also manage office logistics. Based in Bangalore, you will support global HR administration while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for the India offices.
Key responsibilities
- Drive onboarding and off‑boarding processes for employees worldwide.
- Prepare employment documents, HR letters and maintain employee records on Keka, Google Workspace and Sprinto.
- Manage employee data, probation reviews, holiday tracking, attendance and HR documentation through Keka.
- Resolve Keka‑related issues quickly and support benefits administration, payroll coordination and compliance processes.
- Coordinate internal HR communications, company‑wide updates and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations for Bangalore and Pune, including supplies, vendor relationships, kitchen services and team events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office‑related queries and employee support.
Required profile
- Previous HR Operations and Office Management experience in a fast‑paced startup or growing business, preferably fintech.
- Hands‑on experience administering Keka HRIS.
- Strong organisational skills, ownership mindset and ability to balance administrative and people‑facing tasks.
