About the role

Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager – Retention to drive long‑term user engagement, membership renewal and referral‑led growth for its Yoga Circle platform. The role will design and scale retention systems, influence user behavior through lifecycle interventions and work cross‑functionally with product, CRM, growth and communication teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale Yoga Circle’s referral engine, designing journeys, incentives and engagement loops that drive acquisition through existing members.
• Optimize referral conversion, participation and repeat‑sharing behavior while collaborating with product, CRM and communication teams to improve the referral experience.
• Drive membership renewal strategies across user cohorts, building initiatives that improve subscriber consistency and renewal rates.
• Identify churn signals and create proactive retention interventions, optimizing renewal communication journeys and reminders.
• Analyze cohort behavior, retention patterns and engagement trends to build frameworks focused on habit formation and long‑term engagement.
• Identify drop‑offs and friction points, design experiments to improve activation and consistency metrics, and develop dashboards to track cohort performance.
• Build and run structured growth experiments across referral and retention levers, using data‑driven insights to iterate quickly.
