Graduate Internship – Software Development (No Experience Required)

About the role

Walmart Global Tech India is looking for graduate interns to join its US Omni Tech team. The internship offers the chance to work on large‑scale software systems that support Walmart’s online and offline channels, without requiring prior work experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of developers to design, code, and test components of Walmart’s private customer database, supply‑chain master data, and mobile applications.
• Contribute to building high‑performance, scalable, and reliable distributed systems and cloud services.
• Assist in developing security frameworks, integration layers, and in‑memory database solutions.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (expected graduation 2027).
• Aggregate academic score of 7.0 or higher.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented programming.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C, C++ or Java.
