Job description

Novancy Consulting is seeking an Oracle Exadata Technical Lead to manage the architecture, deployment, performance, and availability of Oracle databases on Exadata 19c. The role requires leading a team of DBAs, providing expert support, performance tuning, and ensuring optimal utilization of Exadata systems across production and non‑production environments. Candidates must have 8+ years of Oracle DBA experience, including 3+ years on Exadata, and proficiency in Oracle RAC, ASM, Grid Infrastructure, Data Guard, RMAN, and related tools. Strong skills in shell scripting, Python, Ansible, and cloud platforms such as OCI are essential. The position is a 6‑month freelance contract based in Bangalore, India, with onsite work and no travel. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities are required.
