Export Logistics Executive (Warehouse Operations)

About the role

The Warehouse Export Executive manages the complete export process from order receipt through picking, packaging, documentation and final dispatch at the Bhiwandi warehouse. The role ensures every shipment meets international trade regulations, buyer specifications and Godrej’s safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive export orders and coordinate physical picking of goods.
• Verify pre‑shipment documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Certificates of Origin against the internal checklist.
• Prepare, review and finalize export documentation in line with applicable INCOTERMS.
• Ensure compliance with customs requirements, international trade regulations and company policies.
• Work with warehouse teams to guarantee packaging and labeling meet global standards.
• Provide value‑added services and support to buyers as required.

Required profile

• Ability to verify and manage export documentation accurately.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and INCOTERMS.
• Attention to detail in packaging, labeling and compliance checks.
• Strong coordination skills with warehouse and logistics teams.
