Equipment Operator

About the role

The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers. This role supports field and maintenance crews by preparing equipment for operations and ensuring all job deliverables are accurate and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order according to standards and report any problems or deviations.
• Prepare equipment for rig‑up and rig‑down periods.
• Operate equipment in line with competency level and job requirements.
• Wear required PPE and follow HSE policies at all times.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating equipment.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work effectively within a crew.
