Employability Skills Trainer

About the role

The Employability Skills Trainer will join Dr. Reddy’s Foundation (DRF) to deliver a 60‑day skill development program for young Indians from low‑income households. The role focuses on enhancing core employability competencies such as communicative English, digital literacy, and basic mathematics, and supports trainees through placement and post‑placement phases.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an integrated training module covering English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, soft skills and work readiness using provided materials.
• Publish and adhere to the centre’s training plan and calendar.
• Assist in conducting assessments of aspirants.
• Provide post‑placement counselling to trainees.
• Network with guest lecturers and industry partners to arrange field visits as part of the sector readiness module.
• Hand‑hold aspirants at the workplace for a short duration after placement.
• Support the training centre with additional tasks as required.
