Cybersecurity Manager – Lead Incident Response

About the role

NVIDIA is looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to lead its Cyber Defense & Response (CDR) team in India. You will own the full incident‑response lifecycle, drive operational readiness, and translate the company’s data‑informed defense strategy into actionable plans across corporate, cloud, and product environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day CDR functions, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA’s cybersecurity strategy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for critical incidents, guiding investigation, containment, recovery, and post‑incident review.
• Expand detection and response coverage across on‑premises and multi‑cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments, especially for GPU‑accelerated AI/ML workloads.
• Define detection standards, monitoring requirements, and compliance goals.
• Own operational metrics such as MTTD, MTTC, MTTR, detection coverage, and false‑positive reduction.
• Run agile‑based CDR improvements, maintaining a risk‑prioritized backlog.
• Automate repetitive SOC tasks by building AI‑driven event pipelines and integrating tooling with Security Engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years managing people in a SOC or incident‑response function.
• Deep technical ability to conduct hands‑on investigations, read SIEM queries, and evaluate automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security across AWS, Azure, GCP and identity management.
