Cyber Security Consultant – Lead IT Security & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to lead IT security, risk management and compliance initiatives across data centre, disaster recovery and remote environments in Delhi.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure, integrating security solutions such as Anti‑APT, HIDS/HIPS and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Conduct comprehensive IT audits, ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and internal SOPs, and prepare audit documentation.
• Perform risk assessments, evaluate existing controls and define mitigation strategies.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity controls, monitor for threats, and support VAPT activities.
• Prepare detailed security reports, maintain policies and documentation, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Deliver security awareness training and promote best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and cross‑functional groups to drive security initiatives.

Required profile

• 12‑20 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security architecture and compliance.
• Immediate availability or able to join within 15 days.
• B.E./B.Tech or MCA degree.
