About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join our International Voice Support team as Customer Support Executives in Pune or Bangalore. This full‑time, on‑site role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for global customers and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve product or service queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and document all interactions in the system.
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0‑5 years of experience in international voice process or customer support (freshers welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work night and rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
