Key responsibilities

• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with candidates through natural, engaging conversations.
• Collect accurate candidate information while maintaining a friendly, human tone.
• Serve as the initial touchpoint, guiding candidates through the initial hiring steps.
• Maintain candidate interest and responsiveness throughout the recruitment pipeline.

• Can balance professionalism with warmth.
• Quickly builds trust and makes structured conversations feel natural.

Required skills

What we offer

• Stipend up to 30,000 INR (fixed + variable).
• Fully remote work.
• Work hours: 10 AM – 7 PM IST, Monday‑Saturday.
