About the role
Accenture is seeking a Customer Contact Communications Associate focused on voice interactions. You will work within the Finance Operations vertical, supporting financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions while delivering high‑quality phone‑based customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage order‑to‑cash (OTC) collections and disputes, including debt collection, aged‑debt reporting, dunning, and bad‑debt provisioning.
- Perform cash reconciliations, follow up on missing remittances, and prepare accurate refund packages for clients.
- Record all collection activities consistently using the designated tool and ensure compliance with internal controls, standards, and restricted‑country regulations.
- Deliver process requirements to meet key performance targets and support rotational shift schedules as needed.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in customer operations, voice support, or collections processing.
- Ability to learn quickly, work effectively in a team, and perform under pressure.
- Strong deadline‑orientation and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
