CSR Event Host / Facilitator (Freelance Consultant)

About the role

SoulAce is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic professionals to act as hosts and facilitators for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee‑volunteering events across multiple Indian cities. This is a freelance, event‑based consulting opportunity for individuals who enjoy public interaction, event coordination and creating a positive social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Represent SoulAce professionally during CSR and volunteer events.
• Facilitate and host activities, driving participant engagement and enthusiasm.
• Manage end‑to‑end on‑ground event execution, including setup of materials, kits and logistics.
• Conduct briefings, give activity instructions and make event announcements.
• Coordinate with corporate volunteers, NGO partners, vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain event timelines, address participant queries and resolve on‑site challenges.
• Capture attendance, photos, videos and feedback for reporting.
• Foster an inclusive, energetic atmosphere while upholding professional standards.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Confidence engaging groups of varying sizes.
• Prior experience in event hosting, emceeing, training or CSR programs is preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to think quickly and handle on‑ground issues.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Willingness to travel to event locations.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
