Chiller Operator & Maintenance Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Chiller Operator cum Maintenance Support Technician to join our facility management team. The role focuses on operating and maintaining chiller plants and related HVAC equipment, ensuring continuous, efficient performance of critical cooling systems.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chiller plant systems to achieve optimal performance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on chillers, air handling units (AHUs), pumps and other HVAC components.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain daily log sheets, recording parameters such as temperature, pressure and equipment status.
• Coordinate with external vendors for breakdowns and major maintenance activities.
• Assist in broader electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks across the facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in chiller plant operations and HVAC maintenance.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
